The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) revolution has radically improved connectivity across the globe pervaded into most aspects of modern human life. fourth industrial is currently taking place, it will be digital. Pakistan made significant progress in last few years IT, but currently, ranked 135 out 144 access to internet. This low level ICT usage depends on multiple factors affecting individual's decision usage. For this purpose, study surveys correlates use capabilities Pakistan. composite specified digital skills. data sourced from PSLM – HIES survey (2018-2019) was used for empirical analysis. evidence based Logit model. marginal effects model suggest that socioeconomic, demographic, regional, supply-side well explain variation individuals.
